In connection with the work I’ve been doing for Maine Magazine called “Faces Maine” - a fan page on facebook. I’m producing a fine art show of black and white prints. It goes up November 6th at the Merrill Memorial Library in Yarmouth, Maine.
I'm James Allen Walker, a freelance photographer who shoots assignments for World Magazine. I set up worldontheroad as part of a proposal to Editor, Marvin Olasky with the purpose of convincing him that he should send me on the road on my motorcycle to shoot assignments along the east coast. My goal was to get myself more assignments, save World money, and document the journey along the way. Well, as you see; it worked to some degree.
